OUR STORY

Gobblers Lures soft plastics are made right here in Brisbane, since being established back in 2012. Our formula has been optimised to provide action and durability over many years of testing and customer feedback.

We use and support a number of other small Australian business to compliment our range. Our Jig heads, stickers, small tackle trays, bent minnows, brag mats and scents are all locally made.

As passionate anglers, we field test our lures rigorously before they are released. It is not uncommon for us to spend months on testing and changing the colour to achieve the best results.

Our plastic formula, is a harder, more durable formula than most others on the market. With our lures, fish have been known to repeatedly strike before hooking up. Each time, the fish hits with more aggression. Not an obvious feature of our lures however, it will catch you more fish without a doubt.

We cure our lures for a minimum of 3 days so they reach full strength. They are laid out perfectly flat on trays or hung vertically to ensure they are perfectly straight when cured.

You can be confident that when you pull your Gobblers Lures out of the packet they will run straight and true. We hand pack our lures and a final check is done at this stage before they go out to our customers.

A family run business, Cameron and his mother Jacqui are the proud owners Gobblers Lures. Having run a lure business for 5 years, when the opportunity to purchase Gobblers came up, we did not hesitate. With an outstanding reputation for quality, Australian owned and produced products, acquiring Gobblers was a no-brainer. We knew we had to own it and continue our journey to supply the Australian fishing community with quality lures at an affordable price.
